We are able to run some online camps for the following age groups, including:
Ages 4 to 6
- Stage Drama Camp
- Multi Activity
Ages 6 and above
- Stage Drama camp
- STEAM Explorers
- Coding and Game Design Camps
- Art Studio Camp
- EAL Camp for 9- to 12-year-old only

Booking closes one week before the start of each camp, but due to high demand, we suggest booking early to avoid disappointment. If you are looking to make a booking less than a week before camp starts, do give us a call at +65 68087324 or send us an email at email@example.com.
We will be taking temperatures of all campers and staff daily. Students will maintain safe distancing of least 1m at all times. All students will need to wear a mask. Please pack a bag for them to keep the mask during snack time along with wet wipes and tissue paper.
We will not permit students who are placed on Leave of Absence (LOA) or Approved Absence (AA) by their schools, or students who are on a Stay Home Notice(SHN), or Home Quarantine Order (HQO) to attend physical lessons at our centres.
Students who show visible symptoms such as fever, runny nose and cough will be sent home. As a best practice, all students should not attend the class if there is a family member living in the same household is unwell. All surfaces in our classrooms will be thoroughly disinfected between classes
Yes, you can. Changes in bookings are allowed 10 days before camp starts.
I am sorry we do not offer refunds. However, we will provide you with a credit note which will be valid for 6 months.
Not to worry. We will have a nurse onsite. She will contact you if your child needs to go home.
No you do not need to book all the weeks. You are able to book the weeks that suit’s your child’s availability.
All of the childrens’ meals are served in a covered canteen, which keeps them dry in the event of rain.
We do offer an allergy menu for kids who need it. Our camp meals are strictly based on no nuts, no pork and no lard. Please provide us with the necessary details or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Yes. We will be sending out essential information to parents, such as, Activity Timetables, Bus Service and Food Menus. Information will be sent one week before camp starts.
An easy and convenient transportation service from central locations are available for all camps. The pick-up & drop-off points include Newton, Novena, Orchard, Tanjong Rhu, Farrer Park, Buona Vista & Holland Village. For more information on pick up and drop off locations please click here.
For this dedicated and safe bus service, the charge is $100 per week for each child.
Yes, we do require our kids to be potty trained.
Yes, we do offer vegetarian meals. For children who do not eat beef on the day beef is served, we will provide your child with a vegetarian meal. We do not serve pork and lard on camp. Please do indicated this when making a booking for your child.
Yes, it is very important to give us an up to date emergency contact number or guardian, if you are away.
Once the bank has received your payment, we will receive a confirmation from the finance department. We will then send you a receipt. We will send an email one week before the camp starts on what to bring and where to go.
It is our policy not to exclude any child due to special needs, wherever possible. The needs of each child vary, so decisions are made on a case-by-case basis, depending on the level of support each individual child requires to enable them to fully participate in and enjoy activities at XCL Camps. We request that parents of children with special needs contact our XCL Camps Team at email@example.com to discuss how we can best accommodate their child, and consider whether any special arrangements need to be made.
We will send you the confirmed bus timings one week before the camp starts.
Yes, we do offer 10% sibling discounts. The discount will apply for each booking.
For campers attending indoor camps, you will only need to pack a water bottle and an extra face mask.
For campers attending camps such as Multi Activity or Xsports Academy, you will need to pack a water bottle, sunscreen, hat, extra pair of clothes, swimsuit and towel.
We do not have a strict dress code. However, we do recommend covered shoes or trainers especially if they are doing sports.

The week before camp, we will send you the phone numbers for your XCL Camp Manager. It is their responsibility to ensure that every child has the best experience possible at XCL Camp.
The payment options available are Cheque, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, or by PayNow (Singapore based customer).
