If you want to keep your children entertained (and fed) over the holiday break, our XCL Young Chef Camp is worth exploring! Our cooking camp is mentored by experienced and qualified chefs. Your child will have a unique opportunity to learn how to cook simple and delicious meals from scratch!

The love for food and cookery is universal. XCL Young Chefs camps aim to make learning fun and simply delicious. Through the medium of culinary arts, a unique combination of instructional, experiential, and holistic learning is achieved.

Price includes: Apron, recipe annual and ingredients throughout the camp

If you’re looking for a fun and engaging way to keep your child active and inspired during the holidays, our XCL Young Chefs Camp is a great choice! Young chefs will have the opportunity to learn how to prepare simple and delicious dishes from scratch while building confidence in the kitchen.

Throughout the week, students will explore different flavours and textures, discover cuisines from around the world, and learn essential kitchen skills. They will practice identifying ingredients, preparing snacks, meals, and desserts, and understanding basic cooking techniques in a safe and supportive environment.

Guided by experienced chefs, campers will participate in daily hands-on cooking sessions and interactive workshops that make learning both fun and practical.
The camp concludes with a special Parent Lunch, where students proudly showcase the dishes they have prepared during the week.
Through the culinary arts, students develop creativity, independence, teamwork, and a lifelong appreciation for food and cooking.
