Asst. Instructor: Chef Gabriel Low
Chef Gabriel Low, or Gaby as he is affectionately known, is a seasoned culinary professional with 20 years of experience in both restaurants and hotels. Since joining the Emmanuel Stroobant Group in 2014, Gaby has rose through the ranks at two 2-Michelin starred restaurants – Saint Pierre and Shoukouwa, where he was most recently appointed as Sous Chef. Gaby’s is adept in various cuisines with his strengths in French, Italian and Japanese. His Michelin-starred standards and attention to detail, is poised to elevate school lunches to the next level.
